Q: How often do you keep in touch with your customers? A: Each of our customers have different needs and requirements. Some want to keep in regular touch and see how much progress is being made. Others only want to keep in touch when a significant project milestone has been achieved or a new requirement has arisen. We adopt our communication to suite each of our customers. If a high degree of communication is required then that could affect the price of the end contract as we will be assuming that we can go on with the job and communcate when we have agreed.
Q: What else do I need before I can install an IRC client? A: Besides running MS-Windows you need to have a properly installed WINSOCK. If you can use FTP, E-mail, News or other Internet programs from within Windows already, you can safely assume you have a Winsock installed and it is working properly. If you do not have a properly working winsock installed on your PC you should install one first.
