Case Study: Regus
Regus is an international company which provides professional offices in 950 locations in 70 countries worldwide.
When Regus decided to start development of Internal Booking and Billing System, Titan, Team Discovery was offered the opportunity to take part in the pilot to create the Design and User Interface conception for the new system.
An initial 3 week project turned into 2 years of successful partnership between Regus and Team Discovery. Team Discovery were responsible for:
- System User Interface workflow
- Developing and prototyping User Interface screens and layouts
- Controlling consistency of UI screens and elements during programming development and updates
During the process we developed an effective process for prototyping. In the initial stages these prototypes were used by the development team and other Regus departments for reviewing the workflows and approval of workflow before final development. After approval program developers used these prototypes as templates for further development.
More than 100 high fidelity final prototypes were created and optimised for this project.
